The Freedom of Information bill was conceived in the Aquino campaign. It will be aborted during the Aquino administration, but it is wrong to say this admin will do it. The abortionist will be Congress.
The FOI was the child of a one-night stand without a condom. But dawn has broken and the night is over, the parties have parted ways, one has moved on to goverment and the other goes back to the bar for the next campaign and another one night stand with a promising prospect.
The abortion will be performed by a panel of physicians headed by Ben Evardone who has kept the pregnant woman in isolation for over a year according to Erin Tanada. The baby is way past term. The life of the mother is in danger of the truth and the father of the bride has married his new position. Nobody but Erin Tanada wants this baby.

At least Aquino was candid to say we still have sores but he should have added that sores are itchy only when they are drying up and getting better. Things are looking up.
In 2011, Ellen says, Noynoy said the FOI is no good for a country where people don't know how to use information properly, where they look at a bottle that is full and say it is half empty or at a bottle half full and say it is a quarter-filled. Actually the expression is looking a bottle half full and saying it is half empty. Aquino sounds like Jack Nicholson in A Few Good Men who said the public cannot handle the truth.
At least Aquino admits the bottle is half full. But he should have added that looking at it as half-empty will discourage you from topping it off. I suppose he meant it is better to believe it is full even if it is half empty because then you will want to fill up another bottle. Just thinking the job is done gets it done faster... I thought of that.
Last year, Noynoy berated media for laughing because he told a small boy that Santa is just a personification of generosity, the boy's world collapsed. He may be in therapy. In place of Santa, all he had was generosity. The thing about Santa is that he knows if you have been naughty or nice. Whether anyone sees you or not, Santa will so never be naughty and always be nice.
Last week, Aquino attacked media for not always giving all the good news about him but holding some of it back. He is right. In Gladiator. Maximus said, what we do in life echoes through eternity, but it will not echo if someone does not shout your praises first.
